Spider 2 AMR
A complete telemetry solution for automatic utility meter reading. Available in both wired and wireless configurations, Spider 2 AMR integrates with Modbus meters and pulse meters, with optional BMS integration. Enclosures, backup power, and modular expansion make AMR suited to large-scale building, campus, and industrial metering projects.

The wireless-enabled base station communicates with a network of wireless modules connected to your meters. The wired base station connects by cable to remote input modules, which connect to your meters. Hybrid combines both on one base station.

How It Works
Deploy & Install
Deploy the Spider 2 AMR unit in its outdoor enclosure. Mains powered, with internal battery backup.
Connect your meters
Connect pulse or Modbus meters using remote input modules (wired) or Halytech Wireless Transmitters.
Configure System
Use the built-in web interface to read and name your meters, set how often each meter is read, and set up reporting schedules.
Receive the Reports
Reports arrive automatically as CSV files at your nominated email address or server. The optional Modbus TCP/IP server lets you integrate with your BMS
