Halytech products are built to last. Here's what's covered, and how to get help if something goes wrong.
Warranty coverage
All Halytech products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product:

What's covered
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware faults under normal operating conditions
- Component failure within the warranty period
Not covered
- Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification
- Damage from incorrect installation or power supply
- Normal wear and consumables such as seals, and batteries on all products other than meterwatch
- Damage from environmental conditions outside product specifications
Repair & returns process
Contact our team
Get in touch by phone or email to describe the issue. Our team will help diagnose the problem and advise on next steps.
Receive an RMA number
If a return is required, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Do not return goods without an RMA number.
Ship the device
Pack the device securely and include your RMA number. Ship to our Bella Vista facility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Repair or replacement
Our team will assess and repair or replace the device. We aim to complete assessments within 5 business days of receipt.
